When the pandemic hit, Pendragon made sure customers could still buy a car from their brands safely. They wanted to reassure customers that they could still buy a car and have their travel needs met and were The business putting in place a number ofadditional features to protect buyers hat increase safety and wellbeing during the Covid-19 crisis, – including click and deliver. Our task was to tell customers about these developments and reassure them that their travel needs could still be met. With Covid-related restrictions making campaign production tricky, we had to don our Maverick thinking caps.
The ‘Stay safe in your bubble’ concept demonstrated that consumers could buy a car their way, while remaining well protected.
